The Wine & Tasting on February 7, 2024, will let you travel the world of wine featuring both Old World wines from Europe and New World wines from the Americas and Australia. Each wine has been carefully selected from across the world and are paired with artisanal cheese that complement its flavor profile. Chef Sam will present hors d’oeuvres that feature each cheese for you to taste with its accompanying wine.
